Unlimita Terms of Service

The following sets forth the Terms of Service (“Terms of Use”) of UNLIMITA and its Affiliates (collectively, “UNLIMITA ,” “we” or “us”), and is incorporated into and made a part of UNLIMITA ’s Plans Terms and Conditions, UNLIMITA ’s Terms of Use and UNLIMITA ’s Terms of Use for Retailers and Distributors. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Affiliates'' means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Unlimita, where “control” means the ownership of, or the power to vote, at least ten percent (10%) of the voting stock, shares or interests of such an entity.
By subscribing to our service, you agree that UNLIMITA collect certain personal identifiable information (PII) from you to identify you as the owner of the account and to identify your account with any of the America’s largest 4G LTE provider networks. Your name, home address, phone number, and email identify you as the account owner and you assert that by signing up or subscribing to the service, you are providing accurate information that identifies you. We do not sell or rent your information; data is collected only for the purpose of providing you with the service you are subscribing for and managing your account and providing you technical support for data services. We may share information with authorized government officials if requested for legitimate reasons. For how we protect your data, refer to our privacy policy. We do not accept PO Box addresses when activating wireless service, only street addresses are needed to sign up for our service. However, PO Box addresses are acceptable for shipping items ordered. UNLIMITA may contact you for issues concerning your account or other offers by email or postal means; you may also be contacted by one of largest 4g LTE providers in the USA that we leverage for powering our wireless service. You pay UNLIMITA monthly fee for providing, managing and supporting telecommunication services powered by one or more of largest 4G LTE providers in the US.
UNLIMITA Wireless ® logo and the UNLIMITA ® product images are registered marks of Unlimita UNLIMITA is in no way affiliated with AT&T or any other entity for which a logo or name may be present. UNLIMITA refers to these logos and or names solely for the purpose of demonstrating the products and or services that are available in the USA, including but not limited to T mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Comcast. All trademarks and signs used on our website do not entail any affiliation with these companies and the trademarks belong to their respective owners.
LATE FEE
Be sure to update your card info for recurring charges to avoid late fees or service interruptions.
We have updated our policy regarding late fees. As from the date of this TERMS, any account that is more than 1 day past due will be automatically assessed a late fee of $10 to cover up for payment recovery charges.
Our system automatically sends out reminders for expiring cards on file and provides enough time to update your card on file from your account portal. It is your responsibility to monitor your email for payment failures and reminders to update the card on file.
TERM. This Agreement is effective as provided above and shall continue until terminated by the member or UNLIMITA pursuant to this Agreement. Each Monthly member is on renewing monthly terms beginning on the first day of the customer billing cycle. The billing cycle is defined as the date when the customer first signed up for membership.
TERMINATION BY member. Members may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by contacting UNLIMITA via Online Chat, email (support@UNLIMITA.com), or via phone text support on contact section or via our web support portal. Members also have the option of canceling through the ‘Subscriptions’ section of the ‘My Account Portal’ page of www.unlimita.net. Users are responsible for keeping a backup sim to continue using unlimited plans in case of any issues it will be easy to activate remotely.
TERMINATION BY UNLIMITA. If, in UNLIMITA’s sole discretion, (a) a member is in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement (including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy); (b) a member’s use of the membership is prohibited by law or is disruptive to, adversely impacts or causes a malfunction to the service network, UNLIMITA’s and/or it’s partners’ servers or other equipment, or the use and enjoyment of other users; (c) a member acts in an abusive or menacing manner when dealing with UNLIMITA’s technical support staff, customer membership staff or any other UNLIMITA employees or representatives; (d) UNLIMITA receives an order from a court to terminate a member’s membership; or (e) UNLIMITA for any reason ceases to offer the membership, then UNLIMITA at its sole election may terminate or suspend such member’s service immediately without notice. For a termination in accordance with this paragraph, the member remains liable for all unpaid fees and other charges accrued or otherwise payable under the terms of this Agreement.
Additionally, any Internet activity, which references back to UNLIMITA or its plans in a damaging manner, will result in suspension or termination of account(s). Illegal Internet activity using or referencing to UNLIMITA or an account or memberships provided by UNLIMITA will result in immediate termination, possible prosecution, and assessment of legal fees accrued. 
TERMINATION OF PLAN: Even though our plans are unlimited, we try to not allow high power users to over burden our service with use that is above normal average use. We have defined what we consider as average use in our terms of service. Our systems are configured to automatically disconnect users who abuse our policy of data consumption, usually exceeding 500 GB in 30 days or 200 GB in 10 days. If plan usage exceeds 500 GB in any 30 days period, UNLIMITA retains the right to cancel service, without refund (this amount is many times in excess of normal usage).
TERMINATION BY Network SERVICE PROVIDER. If, in the Cellular membership Provider’s sole discretion, (a) a member is in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) a member’s use of the membership is prohibited by law or is disruptive to, adversely impacts or causes a malfunction to the membership, the Wireless Service Provider and/or it’s partners’ servers or other equipment, or the use and enjoyment of other users; (c) a member acts in an abusive or menacing manner when dealing with The Cellular Service Provider’s technical support staff, customer service staff or any other of the Wireless Service Provider’s employees or representatives; (d) the Cellular Service Provider receives an order from a court to terminate a member’s service; or (e) the Cellular Service Provider for any reason ceases to offer the membership, then the Cellular Service Provider at its sole election may terminate or suspend such member’s service immediately without notice. For a termination in accordance with this paragraph, member remains liable for all unpaid fees and other charges accrued or otherwise payable under the terms of this Agreement, any equipment charges set forth herein, if applicable.
Additionally, any Internet activity, which references back to the Cellular Service Provider or its services in a damaging manner, will result in suspension or termination of account(s). Illegal Internet activity using or referencing to the Cellular Service Provider or an account or memberships provided by the Cellular Service Provider will result in immediate termination, possible prosecution, and assessment of legal fees accrued.
TERMINATED MEMBER. UNLIMITA, in its sole discretion may refuse to accept a member’s application for renewal following a termination or suspension of such member’s use of the service. If a member’s service is terminated for any reason, such member, upon approval by UNLIMITA, may enter into a new Agreement and must pay a new setup or activation fee when applicable. Upon the termination of a member’s use of the service, UNLIMITA has the right to immediately delete all data, files and other information stored in or for the member’s account without further notice to the member.
SPEED OF SERVICE. Speed rate depends upon the cellular service coverage and equipment capabilities. The maximum speed for the service is stated under optimal conditions and may vary significantly. UNLIMITA does not offer, disclose, or guarantee minimum speeds. All memberships are provided on an AS IS basis and throughput speeds are not guaranteed.
INSTALLATION. UNLIMITA does not provide professional installation for its products/services. If a member requires a Professional Installation, it is their own responsibility to hire a third-party technician. Alarm systems, special configurations, or special applications may require a professional installation or additional equipment not available through UNLIMITA. UNLIMITA may not provide nor is responsible for any special equipment not purchased through UNLIMITA. Users are responsible for keeping a backup sim to continue using unlimited plan in case of any issues it will be easy to activate remotely.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). If a member supplies their own device/equipment, which may include modems, routers, antennas, and/or cables, the member assumes the risk of service incompatibility. Incompatible service equipment shall not relieve members from any of their obligations under this Agreement while troubleshooting defective or incompatible equipment even if member’s service is down during such periods of troubleshooting. Users are responsible for keeping a backup sim to continue using unlimited plans in case of any issues it will be easy to activate remotely.
LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE. If you have not purchased a dedicated membership service(s), you are not permitted to use your account to continually connect to the Internet for web/ftp/mail or other services. Unlimited accounts are not dedicated accounts and do not provide for fixed connectivity of unlimited duration. UNLIMITA reserves the right to disconnect users for excessive or exorbitant usage. UNLIMITA and the cellular service providers have implemented an abuse prevention and a fair use program and have the discretion to apply network management techniques, de-prioritization, and other management tools to monitor and disconnect any user who abuses the policy and remains connected for excessive periods through implementing improper techniques or otherwise violating UNLIMITA’s policies. These parameters may be changed at any time at UNLIMITA’s discretion. If you require a dedicated connection, you should notify UNLIMITA.
The devices utilized by UNLIMITA to provide internet service are engineered for their specified download upload speeds. However, UNLIMITA cannot guarantee download and upload speed if the cellular service provider, their facilities, or the member’s service location are unable to support this connection speed.
 
USAGE: Even though we provide unlimited plans, we do not allow high power users to overburden the network with use that is above normal average use. We have defined what we consider as average use in our terms of use. The unlimited data service is configured to automatically disconnect users who abuse normal use policy of data consumption, usually exceeding data number of 17 or 200 GB in 10 days. If plan usage exceeds data number of 17 in a 24 hr period or 200 GB in 10 days, connection may be frozen without refund to the amount paid for the particular rolling 30 days period - (this amount is many times in excess of normal usage). Please know historically how much 'unlimited' data you need on average per month, this can differ from person to person.
It does not matter where you get an unlimited plan, abnormal use that is above average use is recorded as use of too much data and sim will be frozen automatically based on logical policy.
According to a survey, on the average, most users consume about 99 GB to 240 GB per month, about 20% users may get to 350 GB in 30 days, 8% power users use above 500 GB in 30 days. This is a rare plan that you can not find easily, so use wisely.
This is Unlimita plan, yes it is unlimited; however, in some cases, the network may restrict sims that consume too much data greater than other average users. On the average, users may use between 90 GB to 320 GB in a 30 days period or below. So average use is in relation to what others are using, to be on the safe side, know your usage data for 30 days period so as not to be in the above-average-user zone. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. UNLIMITA assumes that the member has a basic understanding of their computer. UNLIMITA will not train you in basic computer skills (e.g., deleting files or creating directories). Technical support is intended to facilitate the setup of your properly functioning computer system. Your computer must recognize your modem or network card and receive network link connectivity before any technical support will be dispensed. Our technical support staff is not trained to, has no obligation to and will not assist you in installing and/or troubleshooting third-party modems, network cards, routers, complex network configurations or telephone lines, nor will they provide any technical assistance or support for any third-party Software. UNLIMITA is not responsible for connection problems due to a computer that is infected with viruses, spyware or malware. It is the member’s responsibility to initiate and be available for technical support during UNLIMITA’s hours of operation. If a member wishes to utilize UNLIMITA’s technical support, the member must be available to help troubleshoot the connection or computer setup. UNLIMITA does not provide on-site technical support. Members should understand and agree that any technician or other person dispatched to troubleshoot equipment that is not an employee or agent of UNLIMITA and UNLIMITA is not liable for any damages, costs or expenses relating to or arising from any acts, errors or omissions by any such technician or other person.
IP ADDRESSES. UNLIMITA’s internet membership relies on dynamic IP addresses. UNLIMITA may choose to assign any member a new IP address at any time. Members in need of static IP membership must notify UNLIMITA prior to placing order for membership through UNLIMITA. Static IP membership may be offered via UNLIMITA or a third-party membership provider. UNLIMITA is not responsible for Static IP membership providers. Users are responsible for keeping a backup sim to continue using unlimited plans in case of any issues it will be easy to activate remotely.
ACCEPTABLE USE. member agrees to use the Internet Service in accordance with UNLIMITA’s published Acceptable Use Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY. UNLIMITA will treat each member’s personal information in accordance with UNLIMITA’s published Privacy Policy. Members agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. UNLIMITA reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without notice.
SENDING OUT BULK OR UNSOLICITED EMAIL. The use of your membership service to send out any bulk and/or unsolicited e-mail, commercial or otherwise (spamming), is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your account, at the sole discretion of UNLIMITA.
RESALE OF SERVICES/MEMBERSHIPS. Members are not permitted to resell or redistribute their membership plan or services to other parties. Except you are an authorized Unlimita reseller.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. you acknowledge and agree that the membership, equipment and software supplied hereunder is provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis, with all faults. except as otherwise specifically set forth in this agreement and as otherwise specifically set forth in any manufacturer warranty for any software or equipment provided by UNLIMITA (but only if such warranty is included with such software or equipment). UNLIMITA (and its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates), its third party licensors, servicers and suppliers disclaim any and all warranties for the membership, software and equipment whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, non-interference, title, compatibility of computer systems, integration, and those arising from course of dealing, course of trade, or arising under statute. no advice or information given by UNLIMITA or its representatives shall create a warranty. Use of UNLIMITA technical support is at your own risk and is not warranted.
UNLIMITA does not warrant or guarantee that internet service can be provisioned to your location or that provisioning will occur according to a specified schedule, even if UNLIMITA has accepted your order. The provisioning of internet service is subject to service availability and other factors, including without limitation, service location and coverage, the condition of any wiring inside your location, and your computer/device configuration and capabilities, among other factors. in the event your premise is not provisioned for any reason, neither you nor UNLIMITA shall have any duties or obligations under this agreement (other than your obligation to return any UNLIMITA-provided equipment, pursuant to the terms of this agreement).
All services are provided as is and without representation or warranty of any kind unless required by applicable law. UNLIMITA specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability.
UNLIMITA does not warrant that the service, software or equipment provided by UNLIMITA will perform at a particular speed, bandwidth or data throughput rate, or will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, worms, or the like. UNLIMITA shall not be liable for loss of your data, or if changes in operation, procedures, or services require modification or alteration of your equipment, render the same obsolete or otherwise affect its performance. UNLIMITA makes no warranty regarding any transactions executed using the service, the software, the equipment or the internet. UNLIMITA makes no warranty regarding the content and information accessed by using the membership service, the software, the equipment or any links displayed.
You expressly assume all risk and responsibility for use of the service, membership, the software, the equipment and the internet generally. you agree to use all services at your own risk. you agree not to use the membership, service, the software or the equipment in any high-risk activities where damage or injury to person, property, environment, or business may result if an error occurs.
In no event shall UNLIMITA (or its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates), its third party licensors, services or suppliers be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including without limitation, lost profits or loss of revenue or damage to data arising out of the use, partial use or inability to use the service, the software or the equipment, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, including without limitation, those arising under contract, tort, negligence or strict liability, even if UNLIMITA has been advised of the possibility of such claim or damages, or (b) any claims against you by any other party. if this waiver and release is not given full effect, then the total amount of any liability of UNLIMITA shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the memberships (excluding amounts paid for other goods or memberships provided by UNLIMITA or its affiliates) for the one month preceding UNLIMITA’s receipt of written notice of your claim.
All limitations and disclaimers stated in this section also apply to UNLIMITA’s third party licensors, and suppliers as third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
Any rights or limits stated herein are the maximum for which UNLIMITA (and its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates), UNLIMITA’s third party licensors, UNLIMITAs and suppliers are collectively responsible.
The remedies expressly set forth in this agreement are your sole and exclusive remedies. you may have additional rights under certain laws (such as consumer laws), which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. if these laws apply, our exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
UNLIMITA reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable claims against you pertaining to your use or misuse of the membership, the software or the equipment, or for your breach of the agreement (including any policies relating to the membership.)
Without (a) increasing any of the liabilities or other obligations UNLIMITA (or its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries or affiliates), its third party licensors, or suppliers are otherwise subject to pursuant to this agreement or subjecting UNLIMITA (or its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries or affiliates), its third party licensors, or suppliers to any additional liabilities or other obligations or (b) increasing any of the rights you are otherwise entitled to pursuant to this agreement or providing you with any additional rights, the maximum aggregate liability of UNLIMITA (and its officers, employees, parent, subsidiaries and affiliates), its third party licensors, and suppliers for damages hereunder shall not exceed the unused portion of your prepaid fees, if any.
LINKS. UNLIMITA or third parties may provide links to websites other than https://www.unlimita.net or other resources. Because UNLIMITA has no control over such websites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that UNLIMITA is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that UNLIMITA will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or memberships available on or through any such website or resource.
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless UNLIMITA from and against all liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to or arising from: (a) any violation or breach of applicable laws, regulations or this Agreement by you (or any parties who use your account, with or without your permission, to access the membership); (b) the use of the membership, the services, the Software, the Equipment or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Internet by you (or any parties who use your account, with or without your permission, to access the membership); (c) negligent acts, errors, or omissions by you (or any parties who use your account, with or without your permission, to access the membership services); (d) injuries to or death of any person and for damages to or loss of any property, which may in any way arise out of or result from or in connection with this Agreement, except to the extent that such liabilities arise from the active negligence or willful misconduct of the other party; or (e) claims for libel, unfair competition, unfair trademarks, trade names or patents, violations of rights of privacy and infringement of any intellectual property rights arising from your use of the membership, the service, the Software, the Equipment or the Internet.
REVISIONS. UNLIMITA may revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time (including any of the policies which may be applicable to usage of the membership) by posting such revisions to our website at https://www.unlimita.net/terms. Members agree to visit this page and the links thereon periodically to be aware of and review any such revisions. Increases to the monthly price of the membership for members shall be effective beginning with the calendar month following the calendar month in which such increases are posted. Revisions to any other terms and conditions shall be effective upon posting. By continuing to use the membership services after revisions are in effect, a member accepts and agrees to the revisions and to abide by them. Any member who does not agree to the revision(s) must terminate their membership immediately.
ASSIGNMENT. You agree not to assign or otherwise transfer, this Agreement in whole or in part, including the Software or your rights or obligations under it. Any attempt to do so shall be void. UNLIMITA may assign all or any part of this Agreement without notice and you agree to make all subsequent payments as directed.
CHOICE OF LAW. You agree that this membership is governed by the Laws of the State/Province in which UNLIMITA resides. You agree that the county in which UNLIMITA is located shall be the forum for any legal action relating to the memberships provided.
COMPLIANCE. UNLIMITA’s failure at any time to insist upon strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Agreement in any instance shall not be construed to be a waiver of such terms in the future. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and the unenforceable portion shall be construed as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT. UNLIMITA reserves the right to take whatever actions we deem appropriate to enforce these policies. UNLIMITA also reserves the right to change these policies without prior notice at any time. The actions UNLIMITA takes may include account suspension or termination. UNLIMITA does not issue any credits for accounts canceled due to policy violations. UNLIMITA reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at any time for any reason.
THINGS BEYOND UNLIMITA’S CONTROL. UNLIMITA will not be liable for delays, damages or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of a governmental body, acts of God, acts of third parties, fires, floods, strikes or other labor-related disputes, of other things we do not control, or an inability to obtain necessary equipment or memberships.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, including all policies posted on UNLIMITA’s website, which are fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and UNLIMITA with respect to the subject matter hereto and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements whether written or oral. Any changes by you to this Agreement, or any additional or different terms in your purchase orders, acknowledgements or other documents, written or electronic, are void.
NOTICE. Notices by UNLIMITA to you shall be deemed given: (a) when sent to your email address, (b) when deposited in the United States mail addressed to you at the address you have specified in your account options or (c) when hand delivered to your home, as applicable.
SURVIVAL. All obligations of the parties under this Agreement, which, by their nature, would continue beyond the termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement, including without limitation, those provisions relating to Warranties and Limitation of Liability and Indemnification, shall survive such termination, cancellation or expiration.
DEFINITION OF COMPANY. As used in this Customer Use Agreement, the term the “Company” refers to UNLIMITA.
PLAN ACTIVATION
In some cases activation of a plan may take up to 72 hours due to verification to make sure your device and plan will work well, if we detect that your device is not compatible with the chosen plan we will inform you by email or text with another plan option or ask you to buy a device from us that supports the plan of your choosing. The selected plan charges will start immediately unless 30 days was included and will require free activation.
PLAN RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Unless you cancel, your plan will automatically renew every 30 days and your credit card on file will be charged the auto-renewal rate associated with the data plan selected.You may cancel by logging back into your account once the order has been placed and cancellation options will appear on the Account Overview page. We provide the ability for our users to cancel service from their portal, no refunds for charges as a result of failure to cancel. Users who do not know how to cancel from the portal can and must send us a support ticket by going to unlimita.net/support. If you reply to unattended mails such as receipt emails for cancellation, your request will not be seen and hence will not be considered as request to cancel and no refunds will be given as this is a digital product.
Definition of unlimited - The true meaning of the word Unlimited Data
Unlimited means that your plan will not stop if the soft cap is reached. Unlimited means that when the soft cap is reached, speeds may reduce to about 128kbps until the next renewal date. There is no data carry over. There is either a soft cap or a hard cap with most data plans. If there is a soft cap, ,the data plan is unlimited with 2G speeds when all the 4G LTE speed has been used up to the 4G lte data cap. 
A hard cap means that the data plan stops when the allocated data is used up. Don't be deceived by individuals who use the word unlimited as if you can use any amount of data for the plan. If a plan has 700GB data cap and you only need 500GB data in 30 days then the plan is unlimited to you, but will not be unlimited to someone who needs 900GB data in 30 days.
Please always check to make sure you understand what data allocation is available for the plan you are choosing, know how much data you use per 30 days or per day on the average to be able to choose the plan that works for you.
When my hotspot shows unlimited, what does that mean? >> that means that your plan does not have a hard cap, but does not mean it is actually unlimited. The soft cap may not be disclosed, but if you use more than what has been allocated in the soft cap you will notice deprioritization.
Our Unlimited plan with bring your own device option may undergo changes that will require new sim cards from time to time, if choosing this plan, please note that it may take upto 7 days to get a new sim and to be back up and running again if any outages happen - By signing up for the unlimited plan, you accept this disclosure. It is your responsibility to have a backup plan and or sim iif your need for internet connection is critical. If you need a stable connection, check out capped plan options that come with our provided registered devices.
Late fee policy and cancellation
For direct Unlimita users, a $5 fee charged per line for late payment more than 2 days, plans automatically canceled after 3 days past due, canceled sims cannot be activated again, we will send reminder by mail and text to phone on file, once canceled, user will need to order a new sim card to continue service.
Refurbished and New device policy including guarantee
Used or new, 1 yr guarantee only if still using the plan that comes with the device, this is only applicable with our router package.
 
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact customer support and report possible copyright infringement. We do not resell services, we help and support our members to manage services leveraged from other large 4G LTE providers and telecommunication companies.
Detailed Refund and Cancelation Policy
RETURN and REFUND: No returns accepted for our digital product sim card 4G LTE plans. Once the Sim card has been activated and sent out we cannot provide any refund. We only accept return and refund within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee for our routers or hotspots. Refund is not also accepted for data plans purchased from Unlimita website either via our online store, Ebay or monthly subscription for data accounts that has not been terminated by the user. Users are provided with an account portal to terminate service to avoid monthly charge. During activation, our system sends you account creation details and how to access your account to manage payments and cancellations. SIM card must be returned upon cancellation of service or full subscription amount will be charged as recovery fee using card on file.
If you cancel service, you are required to return the sim card associated with your service, this is a strict requirement. Please, contact us for a free return label, failure to return sim will lead to a $185 charge on your account to cover for loss and replacement.

We accept returns only within 30 days from the day Device order was placed. 25% restocking fee applies. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. Payments made to activate data plans are not refundable, Payments for SIM cards are not refundable. Cancellation for data plans are only effective at the end of current term, you can set an account to cancel at the end of term in your account portal, the system will automatically cancel your account at end of term and no further charges will be made to your account. An email to confirm cancellation will be sent to the email address on file. For cancellation of items that have not been shipped or due to delay in stock, it may take up to 15 days to complete a full refund.
USAGE: If plan usage exceeds data number of 12 in 24 hrs. period or 155 GB in any 10 days period for our capped plans, UNLIMITA retains the right to automatically apply data use policy without refund (this amount is many times in excess of normal usage). LATE FEES: any account that is more than 2 day past due will be automatically assessed a late fee of $10 each time for past due amount to cover up for payment recovery charges.
DISPUTES: We will work with your financial institution to rectify any legitimate dispute. We will not refund any amount paid for data service provided, it is the user responsibility to contact us to resolve any discrepancy amicably. Users are provided with an account portal to terminate service to avoid monthly charge. During activation, our system sends you account creation details and how to access your account to manage payments and cancellations. If you dispute a monthly charge when you have not contacted us to cancel your service or you have not canceled your service within your portal, we will provide the financial institution with all system logs and proof of legitimate transactions. To avoid any unwanted charges, please contact us immediately in writing only at support@unlimita.net or via our text support at 443-272-5868 when you have decided to cancel your account or log into your account to cancel your account to avoid any charges on your subscription. By subscribing to our service, you have accepted these terms and policies.
The terms of service for the largest 4G LTE providers or MNVO leveraged by UNLIMITA also applies. AT&T , T- mobile, VERIZON and Net10. Terms of service are available on their respective websites.
Reseller Terms & Conditions
This summarizes the Terms of Service (“Terms of Use”, “Acceptable Use”) of UNLIMITA and its Affiliates (collectively, “UNLIMITA,” “we” or “us”), and is incorporated into and made a part of UNLIMITA ’s Plans Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to our service, as a reseller, you have agreed to our terms. All subscriptions will be automatically renewed from your selected payment method on a recurring basis, and we'll send you a receipt each time or you are allowed to pay by wire for bulk service requirement. We do not store your card details, Payment details are stored securely by payments providers like stripe, PayPal, or Affiliate Online Banking providers. You can cancel your reseller dealings by sending us in writing a 30 days notice by sending us a cancellation request at service@unlimita.net or logging into your account portal to request a cancellation followed by an email notification to us of intent and reason to cancel. If the subscription is canceled, no refunds are accepted for data service used and termination of access will follow the Terms of Service. Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change. Other restrictions and taxes may apply. By subscribing to our service and becoming a reseller, you agree that UNLIMITA collects certain personal identifiable information (PII) from you to identify you as the owner of the account and to identify your account with any of America's largest 4G LTE provider networks. We do not sell or rent your information; data is collected only for the purpose of providing you with the service you are subscribing for. You pay UNLIMITA monthly fee for providing, managing, and supporting telecommunication services powered by one or more of largest 4G LTE providers in the US in addition a fee is charged per line for managing lines and change related request and processing of credit and regulatory fees paid to regulators. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNLIMITA from and against all liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to or arising from any violation or breach of applicable laws, regulations or this Agreement by you (or any parties who use your account, with or without your permission, to access the membership). RESELLERS: Resellers have a 6-month contract for activated sims, Resellers must keep a backup sim for all activated sims for easy swap if needed as network changes may happen without prior notice. Resellers are not allowed to share any information with other institutions including other network providers including sim numbers associated with phone numbers of lines or devices used with such lines as these are considered proprietary. USAGE: If plan usage exceeds data number of 12 in 24 hrs. period or 155 GB in any 10 days period for our capped plans, UNLIMITA retains the right to automatically apply data use policy without refund (this amount is many times in excess of normal usage). No power users allowed using more than average use based on a cross section of users, average usage is in the range of 5GB to 400GB per month any usage exceeding 600GB in 30 days is considered more than average and unlimita reserve the right to freeze such lines automatically without notification, it is the reseller responsibility to ask usage requirement of their users to estimate plan consideration. We reserve the right to update our terms and services at any time with or without notification, it is your responsibility to review our terms and privacy policy on our website before accepting a transaction or making a purchase or on every renewal receipt sent. LATE FEES: any account that is more than 1 day past due will be automatically assessed a late fee of $10 per line to cover up for payment recovery charges. CANCELLATION: No cancellations accepted for Reseller accounts before 6 months of contract is over. Bulk activations require a 6 months contract. For Resellers, please see spreadsheet for monthly amount due to pay by wire, amount Due by end of each month 10 days’ notice before due date for swap of any sims not being used before pay due date only a maximum of 10 sims can be swapped within 30 days and if more swaps needed, that will be completed at no charge at the end of the billing period. If any outages, unlimita will investigate the cause and communicate next steps and resolution, in some cases physical sims will need to be mailed. Due to technical issues in resolving outages it may take more than 24 hrs to provide autopsy report and remediation. Resellers are encouraged to communicate to their users that sim changes may be required from time to time with BYOD plans, if users need a stable solution, we have plans that come with our registered devices to ensure 100% uptime including our ESIM connection solution, price may differ. Due date for payment as indicated in the portal spreadsheet. At least 10 -15 days’ notice for more than 10 sims in total swap for sims that you do no longer need. Service automatically disconnects or is frozen for all accounts after 12 noon ET on the 1st of the due date and is considered past the due date if payment is not received and paid in full. 
Payment is due at the end of every month latest by 12 noon, after that time, all lines will be automatically suspended and a late fee of $10 will be accessed per line that payment has not been received. An additional $10 per line every 10 hours after. All Lines under the reseller account will be suspended after the due date is passed with no full payment received on the account. The late fee and invoice full amount will have to be paid in full in addition to a one time reactivation processing fee of $1000. Other restrictions and terms and conditions may apply for data reactivation. In order to mitigate risks to other reseller lines, each reseller lines have been segmented into different portals to avoid affecting other lines due to non-payment as these policies are enforced by the network provider automatically. We have created a tracking spreadsheet for all resellers to see balance due in realtime and an invoice will be sent 2 to 3 days prior to the due date to avoid any unforeseen circumstances in payment and reconciliation. Resellers are strongly encouraged to make payment early to avoid any risks as this policy is enforced by APIs automatically if payment is not received and recorded.

Payment Upon Cancellation Authorization or "PUCA" POLICY. 
The following is UNLIMITA Payment Upon Cancellation Authorization.
Parties. In these terms and conditions, the words "UNLIMITA," "We," "Us" and "Our" mean UNLIMITA, and their affiliated companies, and the words "You" and "Your" mean the person signing below.
Payment Upon Cancellation. If Your UNLIMITA account for one or more services (an "Account") is cancelled by You or Us and the final bill for the Account is not paid by You by the due date, You acknowledge, consent and authorize Us to charge to Your Payment Method (as defined below) the amount of the final bill and any other amounts outstanding on the Account, including without limitation (1) any applicable Early Termination Fees or other cancellation fees and equipment non-return fees and (2) any amounts outstanding under any applicable device installment agreement associated with the Account that are due upon cancellation of a service (this "Payment Upon Cancellation Authorization" or "PUCA"). Please be aware that there may be more than one charge to Your Payment Method until all amounts outstanding on the Account are paid in full.
If a charge to Your Payment Method under this PUCA is declined, including for insufficient funds, We may re-submit the charge up to the number of times permitted by network rules, and We also reserve the right to undertake further collection action, including imposing costs and fees to the extent permitted by law.
Other PUCAs. If You previously provided Us with a PUCA in substantially similar form with respect to the Account subject to this PUCA, that prior authorization is replaced with this PUCA, and any different payment method under that prior authorization is replaced with Your Payment Method under this PUCA. However, this PUCA does not replace any PUCAs You previously provided or may provide in the future for other Accounts You may have with Us.
Your Payment Method. "Your Payment Method" means the credit card, debit card or reloadable prepaid card (a "Card") information (1) You provided to Us today, if any, or (2) the Card information You previously provided to Us (a "Stored Payment Method") that You designated today to be charged under this PUCA.
If You provided Card information to us today, You authorize Us to store that Card information for purposes of this PUCA (a "Storage Authorization"). You acknowledge that We may obtain updated (e.g., a new expiration date) or changed (e.g., a new Card account) Card information from Your financial institution (an "Updater Service") and that any such updated or changed Card information will be Your Payment Method for this PUCA.
If instead You designated a Stored Payment Method, You authorize Us to make a copy of that Stored Payment Method and store the copy for purposes of this PUCA (a "Copy Authorization"). We also use Updater Services in connection with Stored Payment Methods, which also update or change any copy We made and stored. Please be aware that, if You update or change Your Stored Payment Method or We or You remove or cancel that Stored Payment Method from Your records with Us, We will continue to retain and use the copy of the Stored Payment Method We made, as it may be updated or changed by any Updater Service from time to time, for purposes of this PUCA while this PUCA remains in effect.
Owner of Accounts. You certify that You are the owner of both the Account and the credit, deposit or prepaid account accessed by the Card (an "owner" is the person who has the obligation to pay under the Account or an account accessed by a Card, and does not include a person whose name is on a Card but is not also an owner), and You acknowledge that an acceptable Payment Method does not include a Card with respect to which You are only an authorized user and not the Card account owner.
Revocation. This PUCA and either Your Storage Authorization or Copy Authorization, as applicable, will remain in effect until revoked by You, Your financial institution, or UNLIMITA. You may revoke an authorization by calling the customer care number provided with Your bill or using our text support line, which revocation will take effect when UNLIMITA has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Revocation of any one of the authorizations provided in these terms and conditions (i.e., this PUCA or a Storage or Copy Authorization) will automatically revoke the other authorization provided herein. If Your authorizations are revoked, You remain responsible for paying any amounts due upon cancellation of the Account, including by making that payment by check or another payment method.
Release; Copies. You release UNLIMITA from any and all claims arising from Your authorizations. A copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to the e-mail address we have for You on file. Also, if You are completing Your authorizations online, You may print or save to Your device or computer a copy for Your records.
