Return and Cancellation Policy
Return of Device is acceptable within 30 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee. No refunds are accepted for data Service fees that has been used. Data service will automatically end if user cancels or no payment received after 5 days. NOTE: PHYSICAL SIM CARDS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE CANCELLATION IS COMPLETE. We require SIM cards to be sent back to us when service is no longer needed. Please, contact us to initiate all returns at: info@unlimita.net or Text us: 443-272-5868.

Returns are valid for countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, United States. we also do a return window extension December 20th to December 29 of 38 days from delivery date during end of year holiday. All returns shall be by regular mail and items must be returned in same good condition. Items can be returned as slightly used. It is the customer's responsibility to pay return for items that they bought and changed their mind, but if an item is defective or damaged by the carrier, Unlimita will provide a shipping label available for download and printing. Failure to return a sim card with the device after cancellation may incur additional charges based on the plan. No refunds can be given for used data services even if the usage was not for the whole period. Refunds are for devices or routers only and is given after device return has been received by Unlimita based on tracking info. All returned devices must contain all accessories including: Ethernet cables, Sim cards, antennas and chargers. Missing parts may incur further fees. Note that we record MAC addresses and specific chip information that identify each device, if the returned device is not the device that was shipped to customer, refunds will delay until right device is returned after contacting the customer.
All cancellations and refunds may take up to 10 days for a full refund to show on bank statement.
