  • Is the service good for rural areas?

    Yes, Unlimita Fixed 4G LTE Internet provides Unlimited High Speed Internet service without compromise. We have customers in remote areas in TX, NY, FL, NC, PR, MI and all over the US.

  • Can I bring my own device and just get a sim card?

    Yes, you can bring your own device but not all plans will support your own device. If you need stability, consider using our registered devices.

  • How does it work?

    Unlimita  uses a 4G LTE signal to establish the internet connection.  In most cases, you will need to use our provided devices to have stability we recommend checking the coverage and tower proximity for your service address to determine expected service quality prior to placing the order.   • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accespt all major credit or debit cards. You make payments using our secure portal encrypted with AES 256 grade encryption for security

  • Can I get a full refund?

    We offer quality service. If data has been consumed, no refunds will be given. Refunds can be made for items sold if returned in as-shipped condition within an acceptable return window, buyer pays return shipping. All our sims must be returned if service is no longer required, we provide a paid return envelope.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Subscriptions are renewed every 30 days automatically, and you can cancel any time if you wish not to continue. Just log onto your account and make chnages.

  • What is your return policy?

    No refunds will be given after data is consumed. Refunds can be made for items sold if returned in a shipped condition within the return window. Please check our return policy for items purchased. Our sim cards must be returned if service is no longer required, you can start a return by going to unlimita.net/returns

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    No, this service is only within the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Rhode island

  • Is it really unlimited?

    Yes!  The service allows for unlimited data usage without high speed data caps, high speed throttling, or overage charges. Unlimita reserve the right to review account with unusually high data usage per 30 days period.

  • What kind of speeds can I expect?

    Because the service is based on a wireless 4G LTE connection, speeds vary based on network coverage, tower proximity, and network traffic. While we don’t guarantee speeds, we can check the different network parameters for your service address to estimate the service quality prior to you placing your order.  We are available via chat, email, or phone (text support).

  • Where is the service available?

    The service is available throughout the US.  As long as you have 4G LTE signal, we should be able to get you connected.  Please contact us via via chat, email, or phone to determine service eligibility and the equipment needed.

  • Can I stream video with this service?

    Yes, you can stream unlimited video in up to 1080p resolution.  There are no data caps or usage limits for video streams.


    Please note: UNLIMITA uses dynamic IP addresses that might place your specific location outside of your local area.  If you plan on using streaming services for local programming, this may prevent you from streaming local channels from your locality.

  • Will it work for online gaming?

    The service runs off of a 4G LTE connection, so the latency response (typically <75 ms) is ideal for most gaming applications.  However, 4G LTE networks utilize private IP addresses with a Carrier Grade NAT that may result in a ‘Strict NAT’ or ‘NAT Type 3’ error for online gaming on a console.  You can subscribe to MoFi’s Cloudlink service (available through MoFi Network, if you have a mofi device) to resolve the NAT type if the ‘Strict NAT’ or ‘NAT Type 3’ error prevents you from gaming online. So the MOFi routers will be good for gamers

  • Can I try out the service?

    Our service is guaranteed to work. We can offer a 2 days trial at our descretion to test the service plan We also give a 30-day return/exchange policy for the equipment that starts from the date of delivery with a 25% restocking fee.

  • Is there a service contract?

    No, the service is offered on a month-to-month, prepaid basis with automatic renewal.  You can cancel the service at any point without incurring a cancellation/termination fee.  If cancelling during the initial 5-days or 30 days period, you can return any router bought from us for a refund for the equipment cost, minus the 25% restocking fee.

  • What equipment will I need to get started?

    In most cases, you would only need one of our compatible devices. However, we recommend having our team analyze the network coverage for your service address to determine if an LTE antenna or a signal booster kit would be helpful or recommended.  Please contact us via chat, email, or phone to determine the equipment needed.

  • How can I order?

    You can place your order for a Router of choice here. 

  • How long does shipping normally take?

    Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days with USPS. We ship only within the US including PR. If you want it faster, please choose a faster option during checkout, with USPS express, delivery is within 1 business day within the US.

  • What if the service doesn’t work as expected?

    We offer  a 30-day return/exchange policy for the equipment.  If the service isn’t working out, please contact us via chat, email, or phone and we’ll issue an RMA and email an electronic return label to the email address on file. Customer will pay a 25% restocking fee.


  • What speed should I expect?

    The FCC has defined broadband, or fast internet, as internet with download speeds of at least 25 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 3 Mbps since 2015. Download speeds of at least 25 Mbps accommodate many families' needs, but the best download speeds and upload speeds for you depend on how you use the internet at home or roaming.
